This spiritual law and its ability to manifest whatever you visualize will allow you to reach whatever it is that you desire, whether it be weight loss or improving your overall fitness.

Here’s how you can use the Law of Attraction to enhance your health and wellness.

Setting Your Health Goals Using The Law of Attraction

When it comes to setting health goals, not a lot of people get them right. They either make generalized statements, such as I want to eat healthily or I want to lose weight, which isn’t exactly helpful. Or they go too extreme and set impossible goals like I want to lose ten pounds by Friday or I want to run an entire marathon by next week.

In the most basic of terms, the first step to achieving your health goals is to set the right ones in the first place.

Here’s a simple rule that you can follow: S.M.A.R.T. This acronym is used by many people across various fields and sectors to define the makings of the right kind of goals. It provides structure and clarity to your objectives and it also helps you align your efforts with what you’re aiming for.

First, Specific. Rather than setting broad goals, break them down into specific actionable things, sort of like a to-do list, if you will. So instead of saying I want to run a marathon, you can say I want to run the Boston Marathon.

Second, Measurable. Keep in mind that goals are only effective when they can be tracked or measured. Plus, you’ll be able to know whether or not you’ve achieved them already! For instance, I want to run the Boston Marathon in under two hours.

Then, Actionable. You need to give yourself a brief overview of what it is that you need to do to achieve your goal. Saying I want to train for and run the Boston Marathon in under two hours shows what achieving the goal requires you to do, which provides you with structure and a sense of direction.

Fourth, Realistic. Many fall into the trap of setting unrealistic goals that are simply impossible to achieve. Goals can be bold, but they also need to be realistic.

And lastly, Time-bound. It’s important to ground your goals within a time frame so you can put all your effort into achieving them. Simply saying I want to train for and run the 2021 Boston Marathon in under two hours does the trick.

Consider using a vision board to remind yourself of your goals and where you stand with them. Doing so allows you to visualize your objectives, boosting your motivation, and giving you an extra dose of inspiration. Setting aside a few minutes each day to take in the contents of your vision board is key to helping you achieve your health goals.

Visualize Your Goal

Successfully harnessing the power of the Law of Attraction means being able to visualize your dreams and desires. This can come in the form of meditation, a practice that will heighten your awareness and your sense of perspective. It allows you to better understand yourself, your thoughts, and your feelings, and with this, you’ll find it easier to direct your efforts into reaching your health goals.

The great thing about meditation is that it can be practiced anywhere – no need for expensive tools or even an exotic location, that’s for sure! Some even meditate while on their commute, listening to calming music and focusing on their internal selves as they sit inside a speeding subway train. Others even spend a few minutes during their lunch break to meditate.

So really, there’s no reason for you to not meditate!

The key to meditation is a complete and thorough visualization. You really have to imagine yourself achieving your goals; everything from your feelings to what you’re wearing must be imprinted firmly on your mind. For instance, if you’re hoping to lose weight, then visualize how you’ll look in the mirror or what clothing size you’ll fit into. You can even imagine yourself wearing that pair of jeans you bought that ended up being a size too small!

If you can do this, then you’ll find it easier to reach your health goals.

Constantly Affirm Yourself

Besides visualization and mental imagery, hyping yourself up with positive affirmations is another way to use the power of the Law of Attraction. Remember, like attracts like so if you’re feeling positive and upbeat, then the universe will give you the same.

The path to achieving your goals is tough and challenging, and there will be times when you simply want to quit and return to old habits. When you find yourself on the cusp of giving up, stare at your reflection in the mirror and say I am confident, I love myself, and I will push through. Or something along those lines.

Positive affirmations go a long way in helping you achieve your goals. When you fill yourself up with positivity, then it will be returned to you tenfold.
